PAF F-16 Jet crashed near Shakarparian in Islamabad!
One of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) F-16 jets crashed during rehearsals of 23rd March Pakistan Republic Day parade, the Air Force confirmed. In the unfortunate crash, Wing Commander Nauman Akram has embraced martyrdom.

According to the Pakistan Air Force, rescue teams have arrived at the crash site and a board of inquiry was ordered to find the cause of the accident.

Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser said in a tweet that:

In February, a PAF trainer aircraft crashed during a routine training mission in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Mardan district. Previously a PAF Mirage also crashed on 7 February on a routine operational training mission but in both cases, the pilot had ejected safely.
