Kashmir Solidarity Day being observed today in Pakistan
The nation is observing Kashmir Solidarity Day on 5th February to show the world that we stand beside the people of Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir who are facing atrocities by the Indian forces.
The government of Pakistan has announced a public holiday today and people across the country have prepared to observe the Kashmir Solidarity Day with zeal to send a strong message to the world that Pakistan will always stand in support of the Kashmiris.
Prime Minister Imran Khan has also reached Muzaffarabad today to address the special session of Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK)’s Legislative Assembly. The premier will also address a public rally in Mirpur.

Pakistanis are also forming human chains across the country including Islamabad’s D-chowk to show solidarity with the people of Kashmir.
Moreover, rallies, public meetings, and seminars will also be held across the country to draw the attention of the world community towards grave human rights violations and brutalities against innocent Kashmiris by the Indian forces.
President of Pakistan Dr. Arif Alvi also paid homage to martyrs of Kashmir and said that India can kill but cannot suppress the will of the people.

Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Information and Broadcast Firdous Ashiq Awan submitted two resolutions to the United Nations office in Islamabad to draw attention towards the blatant human rights violations in the occupied valley, reported Radio Pakistan.
The resolution was submitted after a rally was taken out in Islamabad today to express solidarity with the oppressed Kashmiris.
Where social media is flooded with Kashmir Day messages, Pakistani celebrities have also spoken up on account of Kashmir Solidarity Day and have penned down some heartfelt notes to tell our Kashmiri brothers that they are not alone.
