Hum TV – Ranjha Ranjha Kardi Episode 20

Ranjha Ranjha Kardi does not fail to impress us through another immersing episode. The episode basically deals with the character of Bhola and his struggles with his psychological challenges. The director Kashif Nisar masterly keeps the plot intact by staying rational yet controlled.

Bhola (Imran Ashraf) gets seriously mad at Noori (Iqra Aziz) by reacting violently, and his anger issues tend to increase steadily and strangely. He becomes sick and therefore, Noori gets worried and takes Bhola out for a movie. Meanwhile, Nusrat (Kashif Mehmood) brings Sahir (Syed Jibran) to his house for lunch and during his visit Rizwana (Munaza Arif) complains about Bhola’s changed behavior and blames the new medication for the current scenario. Fehmida (Asma Abbas) also thinks that the medicines and doctor for Bhola must be changed for a favorable outcome. However, Sahir senses something fishy and gets suspicious of Nusrat who later proposes his daughter’s alliance to him, confusing him. Nusrat articulates his wicked plans leaving Rizwana astounded over his selfishness. In the end, Bhola beats Noori vigorously after his friends manipulate him.

The wonderful episode explores the plot in various orientations. It highlights the damaging mental capacity of Bhola and its contagious effects on Noor Bano. The director superbly portrays the scenes of uncanny disposition i.e. how eloquently the dynamics of Bhola’s character has been brought forward. Moreover, the camera techniques that have been utilized are laudable, they intensify the situations appropriately. The thrilling atmosphere does justice to the nature of the script and even the dialogues penned by Faiza Iftikhar are icing on the cake. Imran Ashraf carries the whole episode on his shoulders while Iqra Aziz delivers an eye-catching performance. Asma Abbas is great as always, Munaza astounds us with her good expressions and even Kashif Mehmood does a good job. Syed Jibran’s character also has shades of grey and it will, in turn, play an important role in resolving the matters.
