Hum TV - Anaa Episode 9 Review

Anaa takes an interesting turn as this week’s episode starts off with Areesh’s (Shehzad Shaikh) and Aania’s (Areeba Alvi) wedding preparations. The pace becomes stimulating only when Dadi Saheb (Seemi Raheel) forbids everyone from inviting Dada Saheb’s (Irfan Khoosat) family and declares that they have officially disengaged with them for many reasons.

Since the wedding now has limited guests, no one from the extended family gets invited and Nazia (Tara Mehmood) takes it as an insult. She provokes Daneen (Hania Aamir) into attending the wedding along with her husband Saif (Alamdar Khan) who got the invitation so that she could make Areesh feel nervous and envious at the same time about his decision.

On the other front, Izza (Naimal Khawar) feels overburdened about the tense circumstances that the family is going through because of her, and starts looking up for a job to divert her attention. She manages to succeed in getting a job despite Altamash (Usman Mukhtar)’s offer. However, it is the brilliant chemistry between Naimal Khawar and Usman Mukhtar that keeps the audience engaged in the play and they all want to know what the future holds for them.

In a twist that not many anticipated, Daneen finds out that other than Saif’s mother, it was Ghazanfer (Shamyl Khan), who convinced him to marry her.
