Here’s the reason behind the issuance of arrest warrants against Ayesha Sana
The recent controversy involving popular TV host and actress Ayesha Sana has become much clearer after a local court in Lahore issued an arrest warrant against her for a cheque bounce case. She handed the complainant a loan repayment cheque which was later bounced.
The news of the controversy initially came as a surprise because of the standing of Sana in the showbiz industry and that she belongs to a noble family residing in Lahore. Since then Sana has gone into hiding and has not communicated with the police or the press.
On the complaint of Businessman Mr. Mian Ali Moeen, a fraud case has been registered against Sana at Defence-B police station in Lahore. The judge of the local court has issued an arrest warrant against her after her loan repayment cheque to Moeen was not cashed out.

According to the businessman Moeen, Sana is a family friend of his and has fled away after borrowing Rs20 million for her domestic needs. The various reports claim that the actress has borrowed money from various personnel (colleagues and friends) as part of customary committees used to save money, and hasn’t returned a dime to any of them.
Not only this, but an arrest warrant has also been issued against Sana for failing to cooperate with the authorities. Now the local police are in constant search for her, but there has been no breakthrough in finding her whereabouts.
Sana became the no.1 ‘morning show host’ for her show Meena Bazaar with Ayesha Sana. She is well known throughout the industry for her acting in various drama serials and stage performances.
The irony is that Sana has an external law degree from the University of London, and a law graduate is very well aware of all the fraudulent activities.
