Ali Zafar and Meesha Shafi have once again grabbed the spotlight after the controversial case of defamation takes a new development.

The complete case has been now handed over to FIA by Ali Zafar which includes the details about the accounts and individuals who were involved in the defamation campaign.

Ali took to Twitter to announce that the complete case with evidence has been handed over to the FIA against the accounts and tweets that were a part of the “smear campaign”. Ali added that the “Punishment for the same goes to 3 years in jail #cybercrime”.

He also thanked his followers for their love, support & help during this tough time.

After Ali Zafar vs Meesha Shafi made headlines around the internet, the superstar applied to the FIA and accused Meesha Shafi of running a false campaign on social media through fake accounts to harm his reputation.

He also updated about this case back April and said that the fake accounts are now shutting down!

Ali also applauded the efforts of FIA for major development in the cybercrime unit.

And, he is also trying to create awareness about cyber crimes and wrote: “Know your rights! And never be afraid to fight for them.”
