A lady onboard a Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight, raised alarm on Saturday after she erroneously opened the emergency exit door thinking it was the toilet.
However, the PIA plane was on the runway at Manchester Airport when she opened the emergency exit door and no harm was done.
The airbag chute opened and all 37 passenger was offloaded from the airplane due to safety reasons.
The Islamabad-bound PK-702 flight, which was going to take-off from Manchester, was deferred for seven hours.
At the point when the lady was inquired as to why she had opened the emergency exit door, she said that she thought it was the toilet.
Authorities state that the plane’s airbag chute had opened accidentally because of the absence of PIA staff.
PIA’s representative Mashood Tajwar said that the occurrence is being tested, the plane was stopped on the runway when the airbag chute opened, so there was no danger of any sort.”
Prior to this incident, another mishap took place some of the passengers were reported for being served stale bread in sehri during the flight. Due to this Passengers has exchanged some hot words with the crew.
